Carrying forward Delage

Delage has been one of the East Bay's most beloved sushi and omakase destinations since 2016, built by our friend of fifteen years, Chef Chikara Ono. Mid-2026 Chikara reached out to Chef Kyle Itani sharing that he’d like the flexibility to spend more time in his home country of Japan and asked us to carry Delage forward. We couldn't be more honored.
